Verify Your Eligibility

Confirm you meet the minimum academic requirements for your chosen program. Check whether you need Form Four results, Form Six results, or a prior certificate.

Entry Requirements

Prepare Your Documents

Gather: certified copies of your academic certificates, national ID or birth certificate, passport photos (2), and any other supporting documents specified for your program.

Complete the Online Application

Contact the Admissions Office by email or phone to begin your application. Our team will guide you through submitting your details and scanned documents.

Pay the Application Fee

Pay the non-refundable application processing fee via M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, or bank deposit. Contact the Admissions Office for the current fee amount and payment details, and enter your payment reference in your application.

Await Selection Results

Applications are reviewed by the Admissions Committee within 4 weeks of the intake deadline. Selected candidates will be contacted via SMS and email with their acceptance letter.

Confirm Your Enrollment

Upon receiving your offer letter, pay the first semester tuition fees and complete registration before the stated deadline to secure your place in the program.

Important Information

All application documents must be certified true copies. Original documents will be verified at registration.
Contact the Admissions Office for the current application fee and accepted payment methods.
Submitting false information will result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of enrollment.
International students must submit documents certified and translated by a recognized authority.
Applicants may apply for a maximum of two programs per intake, listed in order of preference.
Lake Zone Polytechnic Institute reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program subject to enrollment numbers.
